New phone and fax numbers for KWH Pipe in Finland
As of 1st October, KWH Pipe has taken a new telephone and communications system into use for the head office and for KWH Pipe Finland, KWH Pipe Technology and KWH Thermopipe.
The new numbers can be found on the Contacts page. The old phone numbers will continue to be active for the time being

A new issue of Pipe World customer journal is out now
Pipe World issue 14 has been published and is now available on our websites. If you would like to receive a paper copy or be added to the distribution list, please contact your local KWH Pipe sales office.

Wehocoat robot in arctic site work - 23 °C
New Generation of field joint coating
The WehoCoat Machine, a specially developed device for extruding a molten PE/PP based polymer film onto a steel pipe field joint area for joint protection.
The machine is in reference use in GASUM natural gas pipe line works in Finland operated by Russian contractor for coating of some thousands of joints.
The Mäntsälä - Siuntio project consists of pipe installation of around 90 km high pressure natural gas pipe line with 500 mm pipe diameter.
This new, patent applied system has been shown to be successful coating method even in arctic conditions.

The KWH Group is celebrating its 80th anniversary
This year it is 80 years since Emil Höglund and Edvin Wiik established the timber company Wiik & Höglund. In celebration of this the History of KWH Group 1929-2009 has been published.
