The continuous pipe foaming process is one of the relatively new advanced production technique and compared to the conventional discontinuous pipe filling technique, it allows reduction of foam filling density and casing pipe thickness that can result in substantial cost savings for the pipe manufacturer. Automated manufacturing can also result savings in labor costs.
